In the ever-evolving Human Resources landscape, the role of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) has become increasingly pivotal in shaping and driving organisational success. Collaborating closely with business leaders and line managers, HRBPs are instrumental in crafting and executing effective people agendas that align seamlessly with the overall business strategy (CIPD, n.d.).
