Abstract
The article focuses on several aspects of creating organizational agility required to succeed in the digital age. Topics discussed include considering leadership as connecting the dots for organization; Voyager leaders bundling together people's creativity to quickly show digital opportunities at workplace; and need for using feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive forward the exploration of solutions.
