Abstract
For organisations, young graduates are the talent of the future, and they will become an important group in organisations in the coming decennia. To gain insight into their career expectations, Vlerick’s Strategic Talent Management Centre (sTm) has been conducting the Graduates Study for over 20 years. This year’s report zooms in on the results of the study conducted in 2025 among 197 graduating master-after-master (manama) students.
