    Abstract
The mobility industry is being shaped by different trends, influencing the way travelers interact with distinct modes of transportation, and also how they decide which one to use. The most significant tendency is the implementation of technology and how it is affecting customer behavior. You can now plan your journey before you leave, purchase your tickets online, and if needed in some cases book a particular service in advance. Also, real-time data is feeding smartphones helping people to make the most suitable choice according to their preferences. After years of lag, with technology disrupting the industry; new entrants are joining the party. Another trends changing consumers behavior in mobility are: first, the collective concern for environmental footprint giving a new criteria in the industry, and second the increasing population going to urban areas creating a limitation for the existing infrastructure in those cities. Despite all the attempts to mitigate the traffic jams, elevated emissions of C02, and high prices of services due to inefficiency in mobility, among others; the same issues remain unsolved. Worst, this problematics are happening often than before. Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is a concept born in 2014, creating a foundation or a route map towards an unique solution. This solution leverages on the existent players, technology and current infrastructure to offer accessible on-demand and customized solutions to the travelers integrating all services available. Competing to the idea than the best way to move from point A to point B is owning a car. The purpose of this paper is to introduce an holistic approach to create win-win strategies in the fast-changing mobility ecosystem. This objective is done going through; data collection, analysis of the relevant authors, the study of primary sources and the discussions of the proposed frameworks. As part of the process the ecosystem for mobility is defined using categories, similar as the concept from biology. Describing all complicating relationships that exists between the players and their environment.
